| These are the "original" images from the camera. ("Original", that is except for being resized, stamped with the photographers name and email address and compressed for web presentation!) They are 800x600 images as opposed to 3136x2352 for the true originals. And to reiterate, these are RESIZED images, not crops. They cover the same field of view as the true originals. These images have NOT had the "hot pixels" removed. The last two images are 800x600 crops from the lower right corner of the first and last images. One especially bright pixel can be seen in the lower left of the images. Both these spots (along with 17 from the other images) would appear in the final stacked image if these files were used as the inputs to the image stacking software. |
